Quality control

It is always necessary to have standards in order to evaluate the quality of service delivery and satisfaction of the audience so that they can be compared more appropriately and effectively. In order to improve the quality of service delivery and realization of its long-term goals, and in order to establish unity of procedures in the field of implementation of its monitoring, evaluation and implementation processes, the Noor Charity Organization has established an independent unit in the form of quality assurance that follows the following duties:

  • Correctly and strategically analyze and report on the mission, goals, and performance of the Noor Charity Foundation by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges;
  • Improvement and quality assurance of the Noor Charity Foundation by reviewing and comparing existing status with national, regional and international standards;
  • Institutionalize the evaluation system to increase organizational productivity;
  • Continuous improvement in the field of accountability of the NGO to the internal and external stakeholder organizations;
